Just an update... takes another 4-6 weeks... I flew the flight early December

I apologize for the delay in your miles crediting to your account.
I have requested the flight again through our system with the ticket number which was missing. I will monitor the account and once the flight is rejected for invalid fare class, I will escalate the request to Lufthansa for authorization in the correct class " G ". Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

I have the same issue... PE to business on LH was successful, but no crediting, and I submitted late December a credit request. It failed so I replied back with my original receipt, and UA Customer Care(?) acknowledged I shall get RDM and will be posted within 2 weeks...
Then nothing happens... I waited 2 weeks and a few days, then I email again a few days ago... nothing happens...
So I shall ask agent to submit SIF as eyal suggested... I will report if it works.
