They need more time. Achieving great service in Dubai is very difficult, something even FS had struggles with in the beginning.

I, too, think the hard product is solid -- although I'm missing daylight in many of the suites. Makes the hotel feel very artificial, even more than it is.

Considering location and services issues, much better hotels in Dubai.
