Q followed by U indicates Latin root of all the words in question, it is in fact iron clad rule of ancient Latin. Latin used to be a part of regular high-school curriculum in Europe until WWII. and an absolute standard among educated people those days. I dare to say it also worked better than twitter, idiots have been precluded from participating!
