I typically try to use the app as much as possible to SDC now. UAs app is getting better and better - However sometimes I need to phone to SDC; however about 1/2 the time I do this, it pulls the reservation out of 'my reservations' on the app so I no longer have the ability to change flight etc on the APP.
Just a mild irritation but I would think that UA would want to get this fixed as it's often more convenient for me to have an agent do any potential further changes for me (I'm probably not the only one) than to go on to .com...
