The 6 contracts for the Phase 1 of Orange Line were signed yesterday after negotiations between the MRTA and winning bidders.

Construction should commence in the 2nd half of the year with an planned opening date of 2023. (Add 1 year to that.Remember that this line was originally due to be tendered before the end of 2014......)
