I thought United had issues with their wifi. I have been on 4 flights that I have paid for internet and had little service. When I say little service the "green" light up front went on and off the whole flight or was off most of the time. At best, I felt like I was on dial up speed back in the late 90's.

Is this the norm for SWA or have I had bad luck?

Also, I miss my power outlets. I hope they add these at some point. (I know probably not likely)
