Hello,

Whenever I try to take advantage of the benefit, I select premium access from logon screen at the hotels. However, lately, the properties are charging the fee instead of having it not show up on the folio.

When I check out of all hotels lately, they always remove it, but it's a hassle.

Does anyone know of the automatic procedure so we do not always have to go through this at check out?

The properties always say it should not happen, but it always seems to lately.
