I had the same issue yesterday, I emailed customer support, but I have not heard back from them.
I tried today accessing flight availability, and I get an error that says, "[Availability] Function is temporarily unavailable until 18 Feb 2017."
Anyone have any insider knowledge of this issue or whether this availability feature will become available sooner?
