No need to acquire a SIM in advance so you have data the moment you land
Obtaining a SIM card on landing isn't all that easy in Europe. Whereas in Asia in many airports you can get a local SIM right outside customs.

I have a 5 day trip coming up. $50 is a reasonable business expense especially given no time spent on alternative data options.
