I know my Arby's had the FD130 that forced US Debit on people but the pin could be bypassed, also if they had an FD30 pinpad you should have been able to select credit or debit on the FD30 pinpad, but not if they only have the FD130 then it can only be bypassed. I was at a gas station with an FD130 that forced US Debit over chip or contactless. They have the same FD130 at my local Supercuts as well but no idea what merchant services provider that these places use though.
