Been flying BA (100% for pleasure) for about a year now. Am currently silver and will be gold next month, which I'm so excited about. Maybe Ive been very lucky but I've never had a bad experience- call centres have been great - cabin crew very good, at times truly wonderful. I took my maiden first class flight on a 747 last month and was very impressed. Admittedly I can't compare to how things were 'years ago' but I'm really happy. I'm always on this site and love all the great advice and information I've picked up. I read a lot of negative comments - and people are entitled to their opinions - but for the record I love flying with BA (and I love the afternoon tea too!)
