Is the 30% off seen in the final price charged by Silvercar? Or is it a back end refund from "Visa Infinite" that shows up later as a credit on the credit card account?

If it's included in the final price charged by Silvercar, there is no way to stack this with other discounts (first time user, etc), correct?
