As you've probably seen on this forum experiences of BA F do vary so I would say much depends on you yourself.
My F travels covering four different airlines have been decent enough but for me the extra space and attention you get is what differentiates F from J. I have always flown in F with the wife, maybe if I had been thirty years younger and travelling alone I would have got more excited by the extra frills certain airlines provide to their F passengers. Things like being driven to the aircraft door was okay but no big deal.
I would say the F lounge experiences have been more enjoyable than the actual flights themselves so hopefully you'll have enough time to enjoy the Concorde Room.
