1:50 is less risky than 1:30 but still has some risk. If your DL flight is late arriving, or immigration & customs slow due to big queues, or immigration or customs second you to secondary for any reason, or check in queues are long (OZ check in is generic not flight specific), then you may well miss the check in cut-off. On the other hand, you could make it.
When considering bookings with separate tickets it can be useful to think about the consequences if you miss the onward flight. Cost of a new fare (at walk up rates). Delay until next available flight. Possible overnight at ICN (depending on airline schedules and how the flights are). Etc.
