I've always used a nonstick fry pan for a couple of slices at a time. If you cover the pan, it gets the top melty while the bottom gets hot and crispy.
Until this Sunday ...
I brought home a Costco combo pizza for Super Bowl, but it was way to early to eat. So I let it sit on the counter for an hour or so, acquiring room temp. Then I got out the pizza stone and put in the oven at 450 until it was very hot, put about 1/2 dozen slices (all that would fit) on the sizzling stone at a time, then into the oven for about 7 minutes. Very crispy, very hot, very delicious.
For yesterday's lunch I repeated the hot pizza stone method for my lunch with the remaining 3 slices. Perfect, absolutely perfect.
