Chuckle. I often don't agree with austin's posts, but in this case I do.

If this had been a case of requesting a non-smoking room and receiving a smoking room, I would have more sympathy with the complaint.

Lesson learned for the front desk here: give people the king by the elevators/ice machine/kitchen.
