Thank you for the animated video, it's one of my favorites. My biggest problem with all this is that, if I was not an elite member, the conversation would stop at "2 queens or first floor near the kitchen, take it or leave it", when there are clearly other king rooms available in the hotel, at a check in time neither too early nor too late.
