1A/K is still a bit of a distance away from each other and it would be highly annoying for others if people seated in 1A/K decided to incessantly communicate verbally without moving from their seats towards each other.

(I'm just trying to illustrate the point that it's actually a bit of a distance away from each other and one cannot be heard without raising one's voice at least a little).
