I did read that.
'I was asking
1. if "Tribute Portfolio" is same or different from Design. sounds like Tribute is treated like regular Starwood and the special conditions don[t apply.
2. If I am interpreting the Special Conditions for Design correctly, you can only get a BRG if you book the absolute lowest, usually a prepaid lowest category room (if still available).
So if that is available, there's no way to use BRG and book with no cancel penalty and guarantee a better room even for more $?
Just want to confirm. I know FT experts often have good workarounds or loopholes suggestions
