No real difference between the FS or StRegis unless you're a platinum in which case the St Regis would be better. I'd jump on whichever one is cheaper. I haven't been to Imanta, but the pictures look good. St. Regis has a decent, beginner surf break out front, which should be pretty good during summer souther swells.
