Cool Best method of upgrading on Cathay Pacific, Boston--> HongKong flight?
I have already bought an economy ticket from Boston to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific, via Orbitz (so I guess it's not "full fare?" Dunno, I'm a noob).

What is the best way, do you think, to upgrade to first class?

I have a whole bunch of AAdvantage miles, and I also have a whole bunch of AmEx points, and of course there is always cash. I'm also willing to purchase points or try other solutions...how can I get the most bang for the least expenditure?
