ATL-??? change flight due to Zika

My wife and I had a trip to Aruba planned for June but now have to cancel because she is pregnant (zika). Delta refused to refund our tickets ($600 each) but will waive the $200 change fee. That's nice but leaves us with $1200 in travel to use this summer because I don't think we're going to travel after the baby is born in October/before 1/23/18 when the vouchers expire. It's disappointing as we were going to Aruba because an extended family member owns a hotel there. We are now forced to go somewhere else which we have no interest in doing, but we don't to lose the $1200. So any zika-free destinations with flights from ATL that are around $600-700 each? If we go somewhere for less than $600 each we lose the remaining balance, which I prefer not to do. Anything else we can do with Delta to try to get them to refund this completely? We tried to have them extend the expiration 6 months so that we can make the trip to Aruba the following summer, but they refused.
