I need help understanding how cabin class availability corresponds to whether or not a ticket is actually available. I travel business class to Brazil 4 - 5 times per year. I am greatly offfended to pay $ 6,000 to $ 7,000. Usually I am lucky to get some deal for $ 4,500 to $ 5,200. I see mention of I class seats and have had in th epast. When I check using AMEX Class Availability I see the following but when I call Delta to get the price I get priced at standard business class - I think it is J and priced at the + $ 6,300 rate.

What am I missing and how should I proceed?

Any suggestions or ideas would be welcomed.
