From reading a few posts on this thread it seems like people liked it. My concern is (and if you've stayed their I would love to know). Is it noisy?
The hotel is located within a modern office building. It is not noisy, within the hotel. The rooms and windows are well insulated for sound, or so it seemed. Hallways are also quiet as are all the other public spaces within the hotel. Given it's not located in a highly trafficked area, it's also relatively quiet out on the street. I'd say the only thing you might be surprised about is the bathroom. It's a fairly standard Japanese business hotel style with an appearance of it being a prefabricated unit dropped into the room like a pod. And that has nothing to do with noise. Granted, it is a city. If you like country living, then by that standard it'll be noisy. But I never noticed it during my stay.
