yes I've done this and the voucher credited to the HH account correctly. Make sure you have the avios required in your individual accounts before combining. We've since disbanded the account and my wife still gets her lloyds avios correctly.

pauldb, it worked fine! We created the HH account and booked the flight without any issues (couldn't do it online, had to call). Just one question, we booked 355 days out and there's always a chance we might need to cancel at some point - what happens if we have disbanded the HH account in the meantime?
