I'll ask another question. Today I tried doing a retro-claim as one week has passed since the flight and no tier points have appeared yet but I get this message:

"Please check the following:
Your claim can not be submitted as a similar is already approved by the partner."

As I have not claimed them before it is kind of surprising.

Anyway, do I interpret it correctly if I say that the points are on their way?
