I have walked from the Radisson and Courtyard at LAX to In-N-Out, and I have never encountered any gang-bangers, drug-dealers, ladies-of-the-night, or the like. The reality is that the stretch of Sepulveda between LAX and In-N-Out is well-traveled and well-patrolled. I think there's more fertile and inconspicuous territory for anyone with nefarious intentions.
