Was scheduled for AS 318 this morning Feb 6, SEA-SJC at 7:50am. Showed ontime at 4:30am. Left the house at 5am, arrived SEA at 6am via light rail. Flight then cancelled.

AS offered to put me on a 5pm flight on AS even though DL had flights with seats available departing to SFO or SJC around 8am. Decided to go home as it was just a one night trip.

Now I'm trying to cancel and refund my trip online and all I get is "This reservation is not eligible for online changes. Please call reservations at 1-800-ALASKAAIR (1-800-252-7522)." Of course, calling is a mess today. Have been on hold indefinitely with no estimate or callback option. Will hang up soon.

Lost status as of Jan 1 after about 10 years of MVP and MVPG. Haven't lost faith in AS, but overall, not too impressed with AS today. Not helping customers or themselves very much today with their implementation.
