Look at the back of the card to see which bank issues it. Netspend has a couple different issuers (might depend on where you got the card). My ACE Elite card says Metabank, and my Brinks card says BofI. You can also look at the interest amounts to match a 1099 form to a bank account. And I doubt that you have an actual bank account at Metabank, so what else would that be for?
