Sorry for the confusion, but I no longer live in my hometown. It's a company that I used often so I continued to order from them after I moved. They're located approximately 6 hours from my current home. I consider my hometown to be the place that I was born, raised, and spent the first 40 years of my life. I've moved around quite a bit since then but it'll always be home even though I don't live there anymore.

The dispute was started before the 90-day limit. It took a few weeks for them to research it and deny me. I haven't been given any explanation and it's so difficult to reach anyone.

I love how someone with Chase actually answers the phone when I call them.

This is good to know! I haven't received the paperwork that explains the reason.

I've had more issues with AmEx than I'd like to have with any credit card company. I just don't feel secure with them anymore, especially after reading this forum and hearing about people that were on the hook for blatantly fraudulent charges. It seems like Chase Reserve is the next best thing, but are there other cards that I don't know about that are similar?
