That's the standard verification procedure for crediting partner airlines missing Qpoints/Qmiles. I had the same problem with some flights on LAN Ecuador : my QRPC number was on the boarding pass but the Qpoints/Qmiles were still not credited after a few weeks and I had to claim them back.
