Why does the standby list in the Delta app not even remotely correspond with what agents see with regards to how many seats are free on a flight?
I'm booked on DL72 ATL-AMS today and app says 13 seats open while lounge agent says oversold by 1.

I'm curious as to why you're asking this! Are you listed to be upgraded with a GUC, or are you perhaps hoping for an OPUP due to C+ and Y being oversold? Of course you'll need to be at least a DM/PM for that to happen!
