And the PIN has gone missing and 2 phone calls have failed to get it resent... and there is no web/email support... at least their hold system will do a callback.
Eventually got the PIN for the $200 sorted out... it was so simple the 3rd time that I suspect the first 2 times the person had no clue what they were doing.

Jan 28 - $150 - refunded Feb 1
I guess its just the $200 that don't work
