Which doesn't really mean anything. It may indeed be oversold but DL is still selling tickets.
As Widgets pointed out the seats available count is just the count of unassigned seats. It's not the count of how many seats DL is willing to sell. To add confusion the standby list includes not just those that are confirmed but standing by for a seat assignment. It includes those that are not even confirmed are awaiting being confirmed on the actual flight.
