Why does the standby list in the Delta app not even remotely correspond with what agents see with regards to how many seats are free on a flight?
I'm booked on DL72 ATL-AMS today and app says 13 seats open while lounge agent says oversold by 1.
Sorry if if this is asked and answered, searched but didn't find anything.
Perhaps those seats were being held for non-revs? DL.COM is currently only showing seats 4C and 8C available.
