Sounds like I'm in the minority, I sat in the mini-cabin for the first time recently (11K) and hated it! There's a coat closet in front of 11G, and more storage in front of 11K that seemed like it contained FAs personal items though I could be wrong. Maybe it was water bottles. In any case, I thought the opening/closing of those closets would be limited to start/end of the flight, but I heard them creaking open throughout the flight, and the FAs would slam them shut which was annoying.
As if that weren't enough, the more bothersome noises came from the galley between the mini and main cabins. I could hear chatter, cutlery clinkering and more doors creaking/slamming throughout the flight. Sitting in row 12 would surely have driven me batty, and also first few rows in the main cabin.
Also seemed to have a lot more foot traffic than towards the back of the main cabin, from FAs walking between galley and First Class.
The final straw was the passenger behind me was sniffling up a storm. That was just bad luck since the same could have happened in the main cabin, but the sound seemed amplified, or maybe I was already annoyed with the other sounds.
I'm going to stick to the area towards the back of the main cabin from now on!
