How do you obtain a Receipt for a past Avios booking
I made a booking over the phone w my avios. I never got the email confirmation for this booking. I do have the confirmation code. This is for a flight that took place last week. When i log in it doesn't show it in the past bookings section.
When i call their 800 number, they redirect me to an online form that says it'd take them 28 days to process.
I need it sooner as I need to reply to a traffic citation with an earlier deadline. I would submit my boarding pass if i had one but i don't because i had missed my flight.
The carrier for the flight is w AS. I haven't been able to find anything on AS site either
