Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my concern. With my first respond to them, I did sent them all the photos I got from their website about the hotel. I did upload them on here with my very 1st post for you all to witness, but for some reason, Flyertalk does not release them yet. It seems to me that they don't even care to look at them because they claim that they do not accept screen shots. It is so unfair. They changed the rates and updated the websites with independant of SHPC then responded basing on info. after the facts . At the time I booked the room, the very 1st picture appeared on the left side of the screen clearly showed with a banner running across the picture with words "New to IHG". It just bothers me that they think the public/customers are foolish people for not understand that the hotel doesn't belong to IHG. To me, they are just lying right in front of my eyes. If it's so hard for them to accept their mistakes and honour on what they promised, then why bother to market such program in the first place - SCRAP IT. Am I right? They don't even want to verify other terms, the agent keep replying to me that this hotel does not qualify for the Guarantee program. How stupid that is.
