Stay credit after getting walked
Anyone have experience on this issue?
I got walked from the Doubletree Sacramento although I was happy to take a free room somewhere else in this circumstance. I figured if I do the missing stay procedure, I will get my stay credit. Online form... nada except a request to fax in. So I faxed in 4 days ago, nada so far. I searched some earlier threads but unless I'm missing something, this seems to involve a lot of work involving the original hotel.
I figure I will call HHonors on Monday but I also wanted to ask how much trouble it will be to get that stay credit.
