Thank you for the advice. I called in. The reservation was in sync but my RPU upgrade was kind of stuck in pre-24 hour mode. The representative made a call and came back to tell me that she would have to remove the upgrade to allow me to check in. I told her to do so. Once removed, she called someone else to add it back.
So I lost any seniority I might have add from using the RPU weeks ago. But without the ability to check in I wasn't going to be added to the waitlist anyway. The one consolation is that this is a ps flight with 16 Business seats, Business is sold out, I am only Platinum and so an upgrade was unlikely in any circumstance. Still, I don't know why the RPU didn't process properly as it has in the past.
