The hotel is the Courtyard / RI NYC Manhattan Central Park. Its a newer hotel on 54th and Broadway. I've stayed many times since it opened about 3-4 years ago.

How do I contact corporate? What do I say? Should I say anything back to the hotel management before contacting corporate?
