11A/11K gets you the bigger footwell, more 'headroom' for your legs in all positions and 11A is generally my preferred pick out of all 53 seats (flying solo).
11D/11G has monitors latched into the bulkhead rather than a panel in front at an angle like the other seats in business. Because of that, there is a lot of extra space next to the hip and leg area, which is good horizontal real estate when adjusted to the flat bed position. 11D is however subject to intrusion by the usage of the soiled linen bin in front of it.
12A/12K are standard seats. The lavs behind are of minimal intrusion because of the distance and curtains. The lav behind 12K is a lot bigger and is ideal for changing etc.
12D/12G are a pair of standard couple seats. All four seats 12ADGK have some extra space behind the seat that could be handy for additional storage if one doesn't want to reach to the overhead bins all the time.
The A/D side is served by the Senior Purser while the G/K side is not, generally. The senior purser can have up to ten years of extra seniority and a lot more polished service and training having been through the 'classic' era of CPA.
