Since the winter schedule change, there have been a few flights (MIA, NBO and SEA) that, due to new departure times, have breakfast as the first main meal service. Many crew have said that even though the flights leave early, before 9am, customers are requesting a lunch service instead of breakfast. Solution: Due to the amount of feedback on these three routes, from February these will change from a breakfast service to a lunch service.

Amongst the many very frequent Gold + travellers that contribute to this board there are some of us mere leisure travellers that choose to spend our very ‘hard earned’ on premium travel.
Mrs machotspur and I are fortunate to be quite prolific leisure travellers around the world, and the flight really does matter to us, as a part of this experience.
Whilst we, along with many others it appears, are saddened by what has been happening to BA in recent times, it is gratifying to see that customer feedback, in this instance at least, appears to be acted upon by BA.
