Hongkongcard.comers deduced (and I agree) that this will hit points earning on Wechat Pay and upcoming HSBC Payme app
Also I add any top-ups of Paypal balances (as opposed to direct payments to merchants) will be hit also.
Do you mean that they won't award points on octopus top up, or that they will continue to include octopus top ups?
