In my activity I see the 10k posted with status "Credited" 12 days ago, but they still haven't shown up in my available miles. Is this the same problem others are having?
Did you ever resolve this? I've been having the same issue, and despite several rounds with emailing and calling customer service, they still can't fix it. They said that the miles should be available, but balance is still 0.
