When making a booking, the hotel on the IHG site is clearly listed as

mailesky court Honolulu-Waikiki

and going into the hotel itself is

Independent (SPHC) Honolulu-Waikiki

There is no reference to it being a Holiday Inn (or any IGH) brand when making a booking

The terms at https://www.ihg.com/hotels/us/en/cus...rms-conditions do indeed state
