Given UA specifically called out "dependent family members" vs. "kiddo's under age XX", curious why "not both"/"either or" is an official policy.
One, it would be rare parents could qualify as "dependent family" -- at least using IRS guidelines.

which specifics it is
dependent children under 21 and states the "either or."
