OK, assuming you meant looking for award availability on specific dates, when I do that, it gives the same error. But now I'm not sure that it's because of lack of miles in account, because it shows me flight details for FCO and ZRH. I did notice all the availability are on DL, no other carrier (which seems strange).
Not sure what the problem is.
