Is this because I have no miles? I would like to see the flights if possible, but it's erroring out before then.
I am surprised it is even showing you reward options. I expect the error relates to no miles in your account and therefore no reward flights are possible. If you want to see how miles it will cost you to fly somewhere there is a calculator you can use on the FB website. If you want to look at just flight times and available then go to Book Online for the specific dates you want for the month of September.
