After all the talk about Bose headphones, I give them a rating of a C+

Pro
- sound quality is good to very good
- noise cancelling is good
- carrying case excellent
- only 1 cable on headphones (Bose QC2) very nice

Cons
- poor customer service
- Canadian phone number often just rings during business hours
- wrong contact phone number on invoice
- purchased with the free CD player, after two months, they still can not tell me when my CD player will be shipped.
- picks up and amplifies a buzz on some electronic devices
- noise cancelling is only good (certainly no better then many others I have tried)
- headphones make my ears sweat
- Don't like the Bose custom cable that I would need to buy when my headphone cable breaks
- anticipating the headphone cable to break as when I went to the Bose store and tried them, the demo model already had a broken headphone cable
